The HTMLcenter is a nicely designed site that covers the whole spectrum of web design. Although it seems their main goal is to sell their ware's, there's still a lot of free info that can be garnered from visiting. Well worth a look.

HTML help site?...well, sorta. Webopedia is an online dictionary for internet terms. Just type in your keyword and up comes a definition of your query. This site can be useful if you are considering adding special effects likes cookies or .cgi scripts. With all the funky terminology on the web, this is a good way to find out what it "really" means.
