FreeCode, a part of the ever-expanding Andover Network, offers up hundred's of free scripts. A large part of their scripts are CGI, but they also list a bunch of Java scripts mixed in with the lot. Probably not the biggest cgi source on the web, but cetainly my favorite source for scripts and so much more. Highly recommended!
Without question, this is the most widely visited site of it's type on the web. You won't find the largest selection, but the one's here have all been used, tweaked, and re-tweaked by Matt himself and all of his loyal visitors. A huge site with working demos, extensive help, and easy to find faqs. Definitely a top pick!

Over "5000" scripts are listed here! What's really nice is the navigation. And to top that off, a simple search for the script you want is right on the main entry page. This site is platinum!

All of our scripts are very secure and reliable. If you are running other scripts that involve emailing or file saving routines then it may be wise to upgrade to one of our alternatives. Many free script on the market have security holes which may allow a hacker to bulk email through your site, or damage your file system.
You can search for a script manually by browsing our site, or by using the search form at the top of the site. To use the search facility, enter relevant keywords based on the script you are looking for. Use the dropdown box to choose a category to search in and click on the Go button image.
Your search results will be listed in alphabetical order.

Holy cow...this is one massive site containg links to CGI scripts! The Perl Archive is a gigantic directory of over 1,800 free and professional cgi and perl programs. Read the fine print though, not all links are to free scripts. Still a great resource for finding what you need!
Over 50 free scripts are listed here, but I was a little bummed when I found they are all offsite. In other words, this is simply a link directory to perl scripts and not a large one at that. Maybe the site will grow, but if you have to go offsite for scripts, you may as well use ScriptSearch.
Kevin provides a handful of scripts written in perl, as well as a few modules you can use. Don't jump into this site if you are new with CGI scripts, you will need some extensive knowledge beforehand. All of the scripts that Kevin has look quite useful...check them out!
Although the emphasis here is aimed towards selling their scripts, StepWeb does provide a handfull of free CGI scripts. They have a nice CGI support forum and their support mail address is just a click away. Definitely worth exploring if you are a CGI guy...or gal!
